From the inception of Proactive Rehab Physical Therapy, Aquatic & Wellness Center, Dr. Powell has valued mentorship and fostering the ongoing professional development of his staff and students. We have a passion for educating future exercise physiologists, physical therapist assistants, physical therapists, and even future business owners. 


Proactive has strived to build an environment of learning and mentoring students from a variety of educational levels and programs ranging from high school shadowing to post-professional residencies.
